The villa is located in the charming coastal village of Torre Vado, close to beautiful, wide sandy beaches. It is just 15 minutes from Santa Maria di Leuca, on the southern tip of the Salento peninsula. The nearest airport is in Brindisi, which is just over 1 hour and 30 minutes drive away.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a new residence and can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a spacious terrace with a table, chairs, BBQ and gazebo for outdoor dining. The living room is airy and equipped with a contemporary sofa, flat screen TV, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer and coffee maker. There are two bedrooms with double beds, a sofa that can be converted into a double bed and a spacious bathroom.

The town of Torre Vado has several good restaurants serving fresh seafood and local wines. The seafront promenade is known for its beautiful villas, elegant buildings and shopping street. There are beautiful beaches, caves and the beautiful cove of Il Ciolo nearby. Gallipoli is a popular tourist destination just 35 minutes away.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
