This cozy first-floor apartment is situated in Villaggio Boncore, a coastal area near Nardò (20 km away), in the province of Lecce, Apulia, Italy. It is ideally located just a 20-minute walk from the beautiful Torre Lapillo Beach, famous for its 1.3 km of soft sand and crystal-clear waters. For those flying in, Brindisi Airport is the closest, about a 55-minute drive away.

The apartment includes an airy, open-plan kitchen/dining area. It is furnished with a dining table and chairs and a new, fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. A glass door leads from the dining area out to a shaded balcony which serves as an outdoor dining room so guests can enjoy meals al fresco.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, an en suite bathroom and a private balcony.
Bedroom 2: This second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a comfortable sofa that converts into a single bed, a wardrobe and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: The airy third bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom.

The apartment has 3 modern, en suite bathrooms. Each is appointed with a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

The village is nestled just a short distance from the stunning Torre Lapillo Beach, renowned for its 1.3 km stretch of fine sand and crystal-clear waters. Away from the sea, has everything holidaymakers might need during their stay. There are supermarkets, smaller food shops and a wide range of restaurants and pizzerias to suit all ages and budgets.

The neighbouring resort of Porto Cesareo also has beautiful beaches and lively nightlife. The town’s weekly market (Thursday) is the best place to find the finest local food, including olive oil and a variety of cheeses.

Further down the Ionian coast, the historic town of Gallipoli (35 minutes) is a very popular tourist destination during the summer months. In Greek, Gallipoli means “beautiful city” and the town does not disappoint. The town’s ancient walls soar over the harbour and fishing port. There is a daily fish market where if you go early you can pick up the freshest catch of the day.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
