The town sits within a marine protected area and the property is less than a 10-minute walk from both the closest beach and the town’s Marina. The nearest restaurant is a 10-minute walk and the closest supermarket is a 5-minute walk.

This spacious property is quietly situated on the first floor of a small apartment building and enjoys a private balcony that’s big enough for alfresco dining and relaxing in the sunshine - the perfect place for a morning coffee or a cool drink at the end of the day.

Inside, the open-plan living space is furnished with a double bed, a single bed, a wardrobe, a dining table and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
