Additionally, there’s a second covered space by the pool with a bar and lounge area. Sun loungers and a shaded section beside the pool provide a comfortable place to unwind after a refreshing swim.
The villa is nestled in the countryside, just 5 minutes away from the picturesque town of Muro Leccese. With its origins dating back to the Middle Ages, Muro Leccese is known for its charming narrow streets and its lively Piazza Umberto I, the town’s main square. The town’s rich history is showcased in the fascinating museum housed within Palazzo Baronale. For food lovers, there are numerous trattorias where you can savor local dishes, and if you prefer cooking at home, the weekly market every Thursday morning offers the finest local ingredients.The popular port town of Otranto, just 15 minutes away, has been a settlement for thousands of years. Its town center provides a taste of "La dolce vita" with a variety of restaurants, cafés, and gelaterias. To the north of Otranto, you’ll find some of Salento’s best beaches, like Baia dei Turchi and Spiaggia Alimni, both about 18 minutes away, making them perfect for day trips.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
