This stylish ground-floor apartment for 5 people, is part of an attractive complex, just 100m from the beautiful beaches of Torre dell’Orso. The condominium is made up of 15 apartments that share a large swimming pool. It makes the ideal holiday base for a family or friends who want to enjoy this popular part of Italy.

The apartment is next to the swimming pool, allowing guests to keep an eye on their children from the comfort of their garden. The paved private garden is partly shaded by bright Bougainvillea and is furnished with a table and chairs for meals al fresco. Guests can sunbathe there in private or sit out by the swimming pool. (The pool is open from 10am to 2pm and then 4pm to 6.30pm. After 6.30pm there is no lifeguard.)

The resort of Torre dell’Orso is known for its fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear sea. There are several beach clubs, which suit different ages and interests. The town is laid-back with a few clubs and many excellent restaurants which will suit all budgets and tastes.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
