This charming villa invites you to experience the unspoiled beauty of Salento! Located in Manduria, in San Pietro in Bevagna, it is just 500 meters from the pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters. Situated in a quiet area, this villa is ideal for groups or large families due to its spacious interiors and extensive outdoor areas. The property is accessed through a gate, providing ample space for parking. The garden surrounds the villa, and at the front, there is a shaded area under the porch with an outdoor table and chairs, perfect for enjoying your meals.

The villa's interior opens into a welcoming living room where you can relax on comfortable sofas and watch TV. In the center of the living room, there is a dining table. The wall cabinet next to the stairs converts into a single bed, and the sofas can be transformed into sofa beds.

There is a convenient pantry and the first bathroom, which includes a bidet, double shower, and toilet.

To the left of the living room is the separate kitchen, equipped with a fridge, freezer, sink, hob, and oven.

The second floor features a sleeping area, comprising:

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
