This terrace apartment, located just minutes from the Ionian coast beaches, features a sunny garden, BBQ, and open-air dining. Guests can easily access the beautiful sandy beaches of Manduria (Spiaggia di San Bevagna and Rio de Mar Beach) and the stunning Nature Reserve of River Chidro, both within a 10-minute drive.

Inside the apartment, you'll find a fully equipped living and dining area featuring a comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV, a dining table, and an open kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with everything necessary for a convenient self-catering stay, including a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, and coffee maker.

As for the bedrooms, there is a master bedroom furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, and a second bedroom designed to accommodate three guests with a double bed, single bed, and wardrobe. Additionally, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a sleeping space for one person.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, washbasin, and bidet for added comfort.

The nearest airport is in Brindisi, reachable by car in just under an hour.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
