Villa Vittoria is located in a closed and therefore secure residence with other terraced houses.

The residence has a very rare private, direct access to the fine sandy beach with infrastructure in the popular holiday destination San Pietro in Bevagna in Apulia.

There is a terrace and garden in front of and behind the house.

The approx. 80m² living space includes a spacious living area (sofa bed for 2 - 160cm) with an open kitchen and guest toilet, as well as a bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the upper floor.

All rooms are equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows, doors and fly screens, which lead to a terrace or balcony.

Villa Vittoria has been renovated and is as good as new. Can be lived in all year round.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
