The Adriatic coast is a short 20-minute drive from the apartment, while the Ionian coast is about 30 minutes away. Both coastlines feature beautiful, unspoiled beaches and are perfect for day trips. The closest airport is in Brindisi, approximately a 50-minute drive from the property.

The house is a historic property with typical Lecce stone walls. Upon entering from the main door, there is a spacious living room with a dining table, a comfortable sofa bed, a single armchair bed, a Smart TV, a bookcase, and board games. There is also a service bathroom with a toilet and sink next to the bookcase. Moving forward, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. The bedroom is bright and has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, shower, sink, and bidet. The separate kitchen is equipped with an oven, PC, fridge, dishwasher, and utensils. The kitchen leads to a private, fenced garden. Air conditioning is available in the bedroom.

Additionally, Lecce features a large flea market on Viale XX Settembre (a 5-minute walk) every second Sunday of the month, where you can find antiques, vintage items, and much more.

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
