The elegant, single-story villa (with a small mezzanine floor) features a spacious living room with high vaulted ceilings, two comfortable sofas, a fireplace, flat-screen TV, and piano. French doors open onto a shaded veranda that overlooks the lush gardens. The adjacent open dining area doubles as the entrance hall, and a few steps lead up to some of the bedrooms. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, and a wooden dining table, with access to the veranda through double glass doors. Six bedrooms accommodate 13-14 guests, featuring a mix of double, single, and twin beds, with some offering French doors that lead to the terrace.

The villa is set within expansive, fenced gardens, shaded by mature trees and featuring a large swimming pool with sun loungers. Guests can relax on the shaded stone terraces or enjoy outdoor dining on the veranda, which includes a large table that seats 20 people—ideal for leisurely meals with loved ones. There’s also a smaller dining table near the kitchen for breakfast or coffee. A tented gazebo next to the pool provides a perfect spot for enjoying cool drinks.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
