The villa is located just a 5-minute walk from the historic centre of Galatina. This luxurious ground-floor apartment is part of the elegant Villa Vallone and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests, making it the perfect base for friends or families wishing to explore the Salento Peninsula, known for its ancient towns and breathtaking beaches. Surrounded by beautiful gardens with lush lawns, orange and pine trees, and a stunning fountain, the villa offers a tranquil setting. The nearest airport, Brindisi, is only 50 minutes away.

Enter through the conservatory and the spacious main living area is reached. The decor is an attractive combination of contemporary furniture that blends in with the traditional architecture of the vaulted ceilings and archways. The living room is furnished with large sofas, armchairs and a flat screen TV. The large and airy kitchen has a dining area and double glass doors leading to a terrace with a second dining table for al fresco dining. The working part of the kitchen is fitted with new units and is well equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge/freezer.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom, with an attractive vaulted ceiling, has a double bed, wardrobe, doors onto the terrace, closet and an en suite bathroom. The bedroom has a seating area with a sofa, where guests can relax in private.
Bedroom 2: This airy bedroom has a double bed, doors out to the terrace, a wardrobe and an en suite bathroom.

Bathroom 1: The en suite bathroom for the master bedroom in the first includes a shower, basin, bidet and WC.
Bathroom 2: The second en bathroom is appointed with a sunken bathtub, basin, bidet and WC.
Extra: There is a separate cloakroom with a WC and basin.

The villa is located just a 5-minute walk from the historic center of Galatina, known for its stunning churches, Baroque architecture, and palaces. Guests can easily explore the town's many sights on foot, with plenty of opportunities to stop at charming cafés and bars along the way. A must-visit is the Ascalone pastry shop, just a 6-minute drive away, which has been serving the delicious Pasticciotto Ascalone since 1740. For more local culinary delights, the weekly market held every Thursday morning is a great spot to explore.

Situated in the heart of the Salento Peninsula, the villa is about 25 to 30 minutes from both coasts. The sandy beach of Santa Marina al Bagno, just 25 minutes away, is perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. The port of Gallipoli (the "Beautiful City"), founded by Greek settlers thousands of years ago, is only a 30-minute drive. Here, visitors can enjoy fascinating historical sites, ancient city walls, and some of the best seafood in Salento.

Lecce, known as the "Florence of the South," is just 30 minutes away. Famous for its magnificent Baroque architecture and Roman ruins, Lecce is a charming city with a rich history, excellent food, and great shopping, making it well worth a visit.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
