Upon entering, guests are welcomed by a bright hallway featuring a grand piano and fireplace. Surrounded by beautiful gardens, with lush lawns, orange and pine trees, and a lovely fountain, the villa provides a tranquil and relaxing environment. Brindisi Airport, the closest airport, is just a 50-minute drive away.

The open-plan living/dining room is furnished with a sofa, armchairs plus a dining table and chairs. French windows open from the dining area out onto a private terrace where there is another table and chairs for meals al fresco overlooking the gardens. The spacious modern kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge/freezer.

The apartment has 4 beautiful bedrooms, each uniquely furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, en suite bathrooms and French windows opening onto the balcony. One bedroom has an adjoining room with a single sofa bed.

All of the stylish en suite bathrooms include a shower, basin, bidet and WC.
Extra: There is a separate cloakroom with a WC and basin.

The villa is located just a 5-minute walk from the historic center of Galatina, known for its stunning churches, Baroque architecture, and palaces. Guests can easily explore the town's many sights on foot, with plenty of opportunities to stop at charming cafés and bars along the way. A must-visit is the Ascalone pastry shop, just a 6-minute drive away, which has been serving the delicious Pasticciotto Ascalone since 1740. For more local culinary delights, the weekly market held every Thursday morning is a great spot to explore.

Situated in the heart of the Salento Peninsula, the villa is about 25 to 30 minutes from both coasts. The sandy beach of Santa Marina al Bagno, just 25 minutes away, is perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. The port of Gallipoli (the "Beautiful City"), founded by Greek settlers thousands of years ago, is only a 30-minute drive. Here, visitors can enjoy fascinating historical sites, ancient city walls, and some of the best seafood in Salento.

Lecce, known as the "Florence of the South," is just 30 minutes away. Famous for its magnificent Baroque architecture and Roman ruins, Lecce is a charming city with a rich history, excellent food, and great shopping, making it well worth a visit.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
