The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool, a garden and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two hairdryers.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker and a dishwasher.

The beautiful Villa Aura d"Olivo is located halfway between the towns of Ostuni and Carovigno, in a position that makes our villa an ideal starting point for visiting the southern part of Puglia.

The villa has a cozy living room and kitchen with a beautiful window overlooking the garden, 2 bedrooms with double beds and a quadruple room with bunk beds.

One of the two double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and access to the pool area, and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The outdoor area has a spacious terrace with direct access to the living room, perfect for enjoying relaxing moments, as well as a beautiful pool and sun terrace. In the outdoor area you will also find a barbecue and an external sink, 2 showers and a beach volleyball court.

And last but not least, from the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view over the olive trees all the way to the sea.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
