The front door opens into the spacious living area with a contemporary sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table with chairs. The fitted kitchen is next to the dining table and has an induction hob, oven, American fridge, freezer, and Nespresso machine.

Bedroom: The master bedroom has a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a large wardrobe with double glass doors opening onto an interior courtyard.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.

The attractively tiled bathroom has a large shower, basin, bidet, and WC.

The apartment is on a quiet street just 2 blocks from the heart of Bari, the capital of Puglia. Bari Vecchia (the old town) and the Murat are two areas worth exploring. The city offers delicious local food as well as markets like the daily fish market on the elegant seafront (Lungomare) where fishermen sell their catch directly from their boats.

There is a lake/open water less than 3 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Levante Home in the centre of Bari in Bari you can go to the city or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
