This bright and airy apartment occupies the second floor of a two-story building and is just a minute's walk from the lakeside. Situated at the end of a terrace the property enjoys balconies on two sides and comfortably sleeps four guests.

Inside, the apartment enjoys a large open-plan living space furnished with a comfortable sofa, a smart flat-screen TV, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a Mokka coffee machine and a fridge freezer. This area enjoys a cool terracotta tiled floor and leads out to a small balcony overlooking the street below, the perfect place for morning coffee whilst watching the world go by.

Situated on the shores of the Borromean Gulf, Stresa overlooks Isola Bella and is one of Lake Maggiore's most popular resorts. One of the town’s main attractions is the Borromean Islands, a group of picturesque islands located just off the coast - Isola Bella, Isola Madre, and Isola dei Pescatori. Visitors can take one of the ferries in the port (a 5-minute walk away) to explore the islands and immerse themselves in their rich history. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
