General

The holiday home for 15 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, a garden (fenced), a swimming pool (private, outdoors) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: large living/sleeping room with panoramic window with 1 double sofabed, TV and tiled stove. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 bed. 3 double bedrooms. 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle). Exit to the terrace. 2 showers/WC. Wood heating. Heating not available in all rooms. Wooden floors, natural stone floors. Terrace 30 m2, small terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. The owner also offers to bring her own horse. Stables are available. Contact the owner.

Private: natural state property 4 ha, large garden 3'000 m2 (fenced), natural garden, swimming pool (above ground) (5 x 3 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). In the house: table football. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Savona" 64 km. Nearby attractions: Bossolasco 4 km, Dogliani 7 km, Barolo 18 km, Alba 31 km, Asti 60 km, Turin 80 km. Please note: car recommended.

You can also relax, because near Il Roseto in Somano you can go to the beach.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
