General

The holiday home for 15 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, a garden (fenced), a swimming pool (private, outdoors) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Exit to the terrace. 2 showers/WC. Wood heating. Heating not available in all rooms. Wooden floors, natural stone floors. Terrace 30 m2, small terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Private: natural state property 4 ha, large garden 3'000 m2 (fenced), natural garden, swimming pool (above ground) (5 x 3 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). You can also relax, because near Il Roseto in Somano you can go to the beach.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
