The apartment is located in the center of the resort of Sestriere, close to the ski lifts and shuttle bus. In winter, visitors can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, heli-skiing, ice skating, motor sledding, dog sledding, and snowshoeing. In summer, activities include hiking, mountain biking, tennis, golf, and swimming. Luna Park offers activities such as stunt biking, skateboarding, and roller skating. The area hosts festivals and events throughout the year, with a variety of restaurants and bars to choose from. Supermarkets and local shops are available for self-catering. Turin airport is a 1 hour and 25 minutes drive from the apartment.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
