The apartment is located on the edge of the Sestriere resort in a quiet, sunny location. It is close to ski slopes and lifts, making it an ideal winter base. Sestriere offers a variety of activities for visitors throughout the year, including skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, tennis, golf, swimming and more. The area also hosts festivals and events throughout the year.
The apartment is located on the first floor of an attractive residence and has a bright living room with two sofas, an armchair and an exceptional panoramic view over the valley. There is a dining room with a table for 4 and a wooden balcony with sun loungers. The separate kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, microwave and fridge. Sleeping is possible on a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a double bed. The bathroom has a full bath with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and storage space.
