Sestriere is a picturesque mountain village known for its world-class ski resorts and beautiful mountain scenery, located in the Italian Alps, close to the French border.

The property is located in the heart of the charming village of Grangesises, just a 5-minute drive from the seaside resort of Sestriere. The surrounding landscape is breathtaking all year round. Sestriere has a lot to offer. In the winter months, the slopes around the resort are suitable for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. There is cross-country skiing, heli-skiing, ice skating, snowshoeing, dog sledding and snowshoeing. There is even an outdoor swimming pool (heated) that is open in both winter and summer.

- The apartment's living area features a corner sofa, a flat-screen Smart TV and a traditional wooden sideboard. French windows open onto a wooden balcony overlooking the village square. The kitchenette is equipped with a hob, microwave and fridge. The master bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe, while there are 2 single beds on a loft above the living area. In addition, the sofas in the living room can be converted into 2 single beds. The bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet and WC.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
