Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of San Damiano d'Asti, in a sunny position on top of a hill. For shared use: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with flowers and trees. Private: swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 1.5 km, railway station "Asti" 15 km. Nearby attractions: Asti 15 km, Turin 60 km, Alba 35 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
