The apartment is located in the hills overlooking Lake Maggiore, just a 6-minute drive from the charming town of Premeno in Northern Italy. Visitors will find a range of amenities here, including several restaurants and supermarkets. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
