Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 8 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave). 2 showers/WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Upper floor: 1 room 26 m2 with 1 double sofabed, 1 double bed, shower/bidet/WC and TV. 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC and TV. 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC and TV. (exterior staircase), 1 double bedroom with panoramic window with shower/bidet/WC, Hammam-Shower and TV. Deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
