Upper floor: walk-through room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/WC. 1 room with 3 beds and 1 pull-out bed. Bath/shower/bidet/WC. Heating. Heating available only from 01.10. to 30.04. Natural stone floors. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Panoramic view. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 pet/ dog allowed. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
