The apartment is peacefully situated on the second floor of a historic building overlooking Lake Maggiore and Arona's Piazza del Popolo. The property features a pretty balcony that enjoys spectacular views of the lake and provides the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a drink at the end of the day. The town of Arona offers various attractions such as the Sacro Monte di San Carlo and the Colossus of San Carlo Borromeo. The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa, approximately a 40-minute drive from the accommodation.

The apartment features a decorative, exposed brick ceiling and a cool terracotta tiled floor throughout. The open-plan living space is furnished with a sofa bed, a flat-screen HD TV, and a dining table and chairs. Arona has a lakeside promenade and a well-preserved historic center with charming streets and traditional Italian architecture. The apartment is located in Piazza del Popolo, close to wonderful bistros, bars, and restaurants offering culinary influences from France, Switzerland, and Italy.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
