Rustic single-family house "Bellavista", 2 storeys, surrounded by trees and meadows. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Acqui Terme, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 55 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, meadow, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 2.1 km, pebble beach "Varazze" 55 km. Nearby attractions: Alba 50 km, Asti 40 km. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

There is a lake/open water less than 55 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Bellavista in Acqui Terme you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
