On the first floor there are 6 spacious and welcoming rooms with a view of the surrounding landscape and 3 bathrooms.

Lovers of history and culture can visit the historic city of Urbino (30 km), the Republic of San Marino (50 km), the Gradara Castle (7 km). Do not miss the opportunity to visit the most famous amusement parks: Aquafan water park in Riccione, Italy in miniature in Rimini, Aquarium in Cattolica, Mirabilandia in Ravenna etc. In San Giovanni in Marignano (13 km) there is the well-known golf course an 18 hole course. A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
