The holiday home for 16 persons has six bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two bunk beds, four single beds and four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a swimming pool, a barbecue, a terrace, a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with five showers, six washbasins and six toilets.

Kitchen

The garden is large, with a beautiful swimming pool where guests have private use. Umbrellas, sunbeds and garden furniture guarantee maximum comfort and relaxation.

In the town of Carpegna you can find shops and all the main services, as well as bike rental and various activities and excursions, adventure parks.

In the surroundings there are also beautiful villages rich in history and culture, from San Leo to Urbino, from Frontino to the Republic of San Marino.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
