A beautiful swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas is available to guests who want to cool off and have fun on sunny days.

You can explore the historic town Fermo known for its well-preserved architecture, including the imposing Fermo Cathedral and the Roman Cisterns. A short drive from the farmhouse takes you to the Adriatic Sea, where you can enjoy sandy beaches, water sports, and seafood restaurants along the coastline. Sunbathe, swim, or simply relax by the sea.

The apartment is located on the first floor with an independent entrance and can accommodate up to 4 people with a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Bright and tastefully furnished, it also has air conditioning for the hottest days.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
