General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, two single beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and three televisions. In addition there is a barbecue, a garden, a swimming pool, a terrace, a bicycle and a table tennis table. The badroom is equipped with two showers, a toilet, a washbasin and a bidet.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two ovens.

Located in Cagli, in the beautiful Marche region, this is a cottage with 2 bedrooms for a small family of 5 people. The cottage has a shared swimming pool to relax after an exciting day. The porch is perfect for eating outdoors, with good privacy because it faces the hill, but it does not have a panoramic view.

The cottage rests on the border between Umbria and Le Marche, offering a relaxing holiday. The town centre with its grocery shops, restaurants and nightlife pubs is at a distance of 2 km. A short drive takes you to the sea and the beach, where you can swim, sunbathe, play sunbathing, playing and watching the sunsets. From here, the towns of Urbino, Gubbio, Assisi, Terra Perugia are easily accessible.

In the garden, you can enjoy a healthy breakfast and stay all day long. There is a shared oven and BBQ inside the garden. The children can entertain themselves in the playground or play table tennis. You can use the bicycles available (for renting in the various parts of the village) to explore the region. A pet is allowed for an additional charge.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
