General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double sofa bed and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a terrace, a swimming pool, a bicycle, a set of garden furniture and a jacuzzi. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a bidet and a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

This holiday farm with swimming pool and whirlpool bath is located 880 metres above sea level in the Apennine countryside near Monte Nerone and Catria. The agriturismo consists of a total of 6 flats with rustic, country-style furnishings.

The surrounding area is rich in woods, meadows and mountains. If you want to take a trip into town from the agriturismo you can visit several cities including Urbino, Gubbio and Città di Castello, or spend a day at the seaside. The area lends itself to cycling trips, as there are many dirt roads and the farmhouse provides mountain bikes for guests. 6 E-bikes available on request, extra charge

From the eat-in kitchen in the Porcini flat, there is a splendid view of the surroundings. The outdoor swimming pool becomes an indoor pool in spring and autumn, giving guests the opportunity to take a dip in May and September, as does the whirlpool bath. Thanks to its location, the temperature is very pleasant during the hot summer months. On the terrace there is a barbecue, shared with other guests, ideal for outdoor cooking while enjoying a nice glass of red wine from the area. You have free access to the playground.
The region offers many world-famous attractions including the Frasassi Caves and the Sentiero Italia, the longest trail in Europe (Italian Alpine Club)
Also not to be missed are the numerous wine cellars, breweries, long walks in the meadows at 1550 metres above sea level, and the wonder of sunsets

During the winter period, climatic conditions in the Apennines can undergo profound and sudden changes. Heavy storms and heavy snowfalls can occur. For this reason, guests are asked to keep themselves constantly informed about weather conditions. We accept no liability for damage and/or inconvenience (e.g. temporary suspension of electricity service, interruption of traffic, etc.). The owner undertakes to make every effort to limit inconveniences, remaining at the disposal of its guests for every need.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
