The holiday home for 12 persons has five bathrooms and seven bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a patio, a balcony, a table tennis table, a barbecue and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Vercana, 4 km from the centre of Domaso, 54 km from the centre of Lecco, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, in the residential district, 3.5 km from the lake, 3.5 km from the beach. Private: property 300 m2. Table tennis, boules, barbecue. In the house: table tennis, storage room for bicycles. Motor boat (on request), parking (for 4 cars), single garage at the house. Grocery 550 m, supermarket 4 km, restaurant, bar 700 m, bus stop "C10 (Linea Como-Menaggio-Colico)" 3 km, railway station "Colico" 17 km, ferry "Menaggio" 23 km, grass beach "Domaso" 4 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
