It has polished wooden floors and elegant sofas. In one corner of the living area there is a work station with a wooden desk and a further set of French doors leading out to a shaded garden to the rear. There is a sofa bed that converts into a comfortable sleeping area in a nook tucked away in the far corner of the living room.Off the main living area is a large open plan kitchen. There is a dining table for casual meals and modern fitted units, as well as two further glass doors leading to the garden. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
