Positioned on the western shores of the lake, it boasts breathtaking views of Como and the surrounding mountains. Just a short distance from Tremezzo and with the famous ‘Greenway del Lago’ walking trail right at its doorstep, this beautiful apartment provides an ideal retreat for a holiday. Nestled between the well-connected lakeside villages of Lenno and Mezzegra, it serves as an excellent base for exploring the renowned central Lake Como, one of Italy’s and the world’s most stunning destinations. The property is 29 km from Como, 36 km from Lugano, and just over an hour’s drive from Milan Malpensa Airport.

This duplex apartment retains a wealth of character and original features. The spacious living room, located to the left of the entrance hallway, combines grandeur and coziness effortlessly. It features two double sofas, traditional wooden furniture, and a large flatscreen TV. Doors from the living room open onto a private terrace. Directly across the hall is the separate dining room, furnished with a large wooden table and six chairs. The room also boasts traditional wooden dressers and a brightly painted (now closed) fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen is located off the dining room, offering a large cooker with six burners and two ovens, a white butler’s sink, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and washing machine. The two bedrooms are situated on the first floor, accessible via a stone staircase in the entrance hall.

Bedroom 1: A charming, elegant room with high, beamed ceilings, this bedroom has a comfortable double bed, ample storage and a pretty balcony, reached through double French windows.
Bedroom 2: Another beautiful bedroom, with 2 single beds and a striking antique wardrobe. This room also has its own balcony with lake views.
Extra: The stylish sofa in the living room converts into a double bed.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
