Inside, the apartment offers a tranquil retreat with air-conditioning and a cozy living room featuring plenty of seating for relaxation and entertainment, including a DVD player and a flat-screen TV. Additionally, there is a fully-equipped separate kitchen with a breakfast table, along with all the essential appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and fridge for the guest's convenience.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
