Above Gera Lario, in the hamlet La Pianca 11 km from the centre of Gera Lario, 58 km from the centre of Lecco, 69 km from the centre of Como, in a secluded position on a slope, 11 km from the lake. Private: property 400 m2, terraced garden with trees, meadow, lawn for sunbathing. Hot tub. In the house: sauna, hamam. 12 km long narrow motor access (300 m via unmade road, mountain road). Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
