(5 steps). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1.8 km, bar 100 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Colico" 9 km. Sports harbour 4 km, surf school 4 km. Nearby attractions: Chiesa San Miro, Pian di Spagna, cycle path Sorico- Domaso, Chiesa San Fedelino, Forte di Fuentes, Riserva naturale Pian di Spagna. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
