No heating option. 2nd upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings. Small balcony, patio 15 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. View of the valley. Private: property 50 m2, meadow. Stepped path (7 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, railway station "Colico" 11 km. Nearby attractions: Domaso 10 km, Colico 10 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Como, Mezzola. Please note: car recommended.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
