This spacious villa with private garden (approx. 1200 mt), pool overlooking the lake, is family-friendly and equipped with Wi-Fi.

The villa welcomes guests with the bright living room with a sofa bed, a table with chairs, flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, juicer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The living room looks directly onto the terrace with a table and chairs - ideal for breakfast and dinner in the fresh air!

On the ground floor, cooled by air conditioning, there is the master bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, and the second bedroom equipped with two bunk beds for up to 4 people.

There is also the bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and toilet.

In summer, a barbecue awaits you in the quiet and private garden!

The pool, with salt water, is open from May 1st to September 30th.

A baby cot and a high chair can be provided on request for a small additional charge.

Pets are allowed on request.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
