This holiday home for 18 persons has eight bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a television and a central heating. In addition there is a garden, a terrace, an air conditioner, garden furniture, a swimming pool and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection, a washing machine and a fridge.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop (gas, 5 pits or more), a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher and a waterboiler.

In the holiday home you will find bed linnen and bathroom textiles.

Ground Floor:
The ground floor features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a service bathroom, and a large living room.

The first floor comprises a single bedroom, a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and another double bedroom with an extra bed and a large ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower and a jacuzzi.

Second Floor:
The second floor contains two double bedrooms with an extra bed each, two additional double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower.

Annex:
Outside the main villa, there's a small annex with a double bedroom and an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower.

Outdoors
There is a large outdoor terrace with dining table and chairs, a laundry room, a large barbecue, and an annex with a double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
Illuminated also at night and open all year round, the splendid outdoor swimming pool for exclusive use is equipped with deckchairs and tables and chairs, the garden for exclusive use has some games for children.

The villa is 500 metres from the cycle path that connects Sirmione to Peschiera, and visitors of all ages can spend a fun-filled day at one of the nearby theme parks (Gardaland and Movieland, a 30-minute drive away).

Sirmione is renowned for the distinctive appeal of its historic town centre, characterized by narrow and winding streets. It is also famous for the Thermal Baths of Catullus, the churches "Santa Maria Maggiore" and "San Pietro" in Mavino, and the ruins of the Roman Villa, home to the poet Catullus, often referred to as the "Grotta di Catullo."

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
