The famous Villa Balbianello in Lenno is just a 5 minute drive or a charming 30 minute walk along the lakefront. From there, the cities of the Golden Triangle are accessible by car (20-40 minutes) or passenger ferry, making it an ideal place to enjoy the lake while benefiting from a prime location. Lugano, Como and Milan are all around 60 minutes away, providing convenient access to these vibrant cities.

Guests can enjoy lake swimming, tennis and power boat hire in nearby Ossuccio and other local central lake activities include cycling, hiking, sailing, water sports, golf, paragliding and kayaking.

The many central lake attractions which include Villa Balbianello, Villa Carlotta and the golden triangle towns are all easily accessible just a 5-15 minutes drive away from Sala Comacina.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
