The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a terrace, a garden (fenced) and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Private: garden (fenced) with lawn and trees. Outdoor shower, private beach. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 400 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 400 m, bar, bus stop "C12" 50 m, railway station "Lugano" 14 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km. Marina 2.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 13 km, surf school 3 km. Nearby attractions: Villa Fogazzaro Roi, Balcone D'Italia-Sighignola, Cascate di Begna, Grotte di Rescia, Menaggio, Lugano. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como. Hiking paths: Val Rezzo, Madonna del Cep-Passo San Lucio, Breglia-Rifugio Menaggio. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

There is a lake/open water less than several meters. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near La Spiaggetta in Porlezza you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
