The covered granite terrace offers an alfresco dining area with a stone-built BBQ.Sleeping Arrangements:Ground Floor Bedroom: An ornate curved staircase leads to the lower ground floor, where a spacious guest bedroom offers a double bed and a relaxed sitting area with a leather sofa and a smart TV. The sofa can be converted into a double sofa bed, offering additional accommodation if needed. The room can also be used as a twin bedroom. The en-suite marble bathroom features a walk-in shower for added comfort.First Floor Bedrooms: The first floor features two luxurious king-size bedrooms, each offering breathtaking lake views from a sunny, L-shaped balcony (9 x 2m) furnished with a bistro table, sitting area, and hammock. The bedrooms are elegantly furnished. Each room has an en-suite marble bathroom, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning for added comfort.The sunny balcony provides a romantic setting, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine while relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. Guests can easily transition from the balcony to the restful atmosphere of their bedroom.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
