Located in Padenghe sul Garda, near the lake, 5 bedroom villa with private pool, ideal for a family or group holiday for up to 9 people!

The villa, equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection, welcomes guests with its large and bright living room with sofas, flat screen TV, dining table with chairs; the kitchen is separate from the living room and consists of induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, citrus press, coffee machine and toaster.

The villa continues with the master bedroom, equipped with a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and private bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

The second and third bedrooms are both equipped with double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe and have the second bathroom with bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet.

The fourth bedroom has two single beds and air conditioning, while the fifth bedroom has a single sofa bed. The furnishings of this villa are completed by the third bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

Villa Elisa has a very large private garden, ideal for families with children who want to play on Lake Garda in the summer and cool off in the beautiful private pool!

Guests can park their 2 cars in the parking spaces in the garden.

The pool is open from May 15th to September 30th.

With a small additional charge, possibility of providing a cot and a high chair for children.

Pets are not allowed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
