The apartment is equipped with wifi, air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine. Fresh white with chic patterns, this scandi-style apartment can accomodate up to four guests in comfort. The place is spacious, airy, with one bedroom, a living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony. Plastic, glass, paper and wet waste must be thrown into the appropriate containers located in the condominium courtyard as per the instructions we will send to you. The apartment is equipped for a maximum of 4 people. Please note the overnight stay of an unreported person is a violation of the contractual agreements and involves the immediate termination of the rental with the application of a penalty. PARKING You can park on the blue lines (paid parking), while the yellow lines are for residents only. The nearest paid garage is "Autosilo San Marco", Via San Marco 13.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
