The apartment is furnished with a large kitchen, a table, a double sofa bed, a TV, a large wardrobe. Finally, there is a bathroom with a window and shower cubicle. Dishwasher, washing machine, high-speed internet are among the amenities. In the common areas available to guests there are a garage and a gym. Palazzo Candiani is a modern complex with 19 apartments for rent of different types (it is possible to rent more adjoining apartments), and has a gym and garage available for guests (check costs with our customer care service). All apartments have the most modern comforts and an automation system to manage the temperature of every apartments and the opening and closing of doors and windows. The area is excellent as a starting point to reach the new Fiera Milano in Rho The apartment is located in the heart of the Bovisa district, home to the Politecnico di Milano and therefore a lively district full of bars, restaurants, clubs. Bovisa is also a historical district, with its own city center and period buildings, and it is well connected to Milan city center and the main stations. A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
