The apartment is located up 80 steps in a peaceful area of Menaggio, just 3 minutes from the shores of Lake Como. Situated on the ground floor of a charming condominium, Giardino Floreale di Menaggio offers stunning lake views and is perfect for families or groups of friends, accommodating up to 8 guests. Milan's Linate Airport is a 1-hour 40-minute drive away, while Milan Malpensa Airport is 1 hour and 25 minutes from the apartment.

The interiors feature a stylish, contemporary design, with tasteful furniture throughout. The living/dining area boasts high ceilings and two French windows that open directly onto the spacious terrace. The room is furnished with two sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table with chairs.

The large, modern kitchen, located just across the hallway from the dining area, is fully equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and coffee machine. A small table with stools is also available for quick snacks.

Sleeping
The villa has 4 stylish bedrooms in total. Two of these are furnished with double beds and have storage for guests’ clothes and belongings. These rooms both overlook the lake. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds in each.

The spacious modern bathroom has a full bath with shower, basin, bidet and WC There is a 2nd bathroom with a WC and basin.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
