The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a single sofa bed, a bunk bed, a double bed and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a swimming pool, a garden and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine, a freezer and a fridge.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker and a microwave.

In the elegant and new residence "Le Corti Caterina", not far from the center of Desenzano del Garda and the lake, ground floor apartment for a holiday up to 6 people!

The apartment with free Wi-Fi internet connection welcomes guests with its bright living room with double sofa bed, flat screen TV, dining table with chairs, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, citrus juicer, coffee machine and toaster.

From the living room you can access the private garden, equipped with table and chairs for breakfast and outdoor meals.

The apartment continues with the master bedroom with double bed and large closets. The second bedroom with bunk bed and the bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet complete the furnishings of this large and comfortable apartment, ideal for a comfortable stay on Lake Garda!

The apartment is also equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board!

Guests of the apartment can conveniently park their car in the private garage inside the residence.

The shared pool is open from May 1st to September 30th.

With a small additional charge, possibility of providing a cot and a high chair.

Pets are not allowed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
