The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool, a garden, a terrace, a balcony and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with three baths and three showers.

The holiday home has a fridge, a Internet connection (wireless), a freezer and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.

From the living room you go out onto the covered veranda of the villa, equipped with table and chairs from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake!

The living room has a bathroom with sink and toilet.

On the ground floor of the villa there is the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, closet and private bathroom with bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet.

The villa continues with the upper floor, equipped with a comfortable double bedroom, wardrobe and flat screen TV, a living area with sofa and flat screen TV and a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, toilet.

The upper floor has a large terrace with sofas for relaxing moments with a wonderful view of Lake Garda!

The villa, with air conditioning in the living room, bedroom on the ground floor and bedroom on the first floor, continues with the lower floor with double bedroom, wardrobe and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

The strong point of the villa is definitely the outdoor area with a spectacular infinity pool overlooking the lake and the beautiful garden, ideal for families with children who want to play outdoors.

Guests of the villa can park their car in the private garage of the villa.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
