Situated just 2 km from the centre of Livigno, the apartment is in a quiet area on the outskirts of the village. It is 500m from the ski shuttle bus and within easy reach of many walking and cycling routes in the summer months. Beautiful apartment in a chalet on the hillside above Livigno. The apartment sleeps up to 6 people and is ideal for a holiday in any season. Linate Airport Milan is a 3 hour 45 minute drive from the apartment. Malpensa Airport Milan is a 4 hour drive.

The open-plan living area is thoughtfully furnished with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including two sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a fireplace. A glass door leads out to a private balcony, offering beautiful views of the surrounding woods and mountains. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
