This holiday home for 6 persons has three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with an underfloor heating and a television. In addition there is a terrace and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a stovetop (induction), a waterboiler, a microwave and a dishwasher.

This residence is located in a peaceful yet central area of Livigno, just a short distance from the ski slopes and shuttle buses, providing convenient access to year-round mountain activities, skiing, and hiking trails. Livigno offers a variety of activities throughout the year. The apartment is a 3-hour and 32-minute drive from Linate Airport in Milan and a 3-hour and 43-minute drive from Malpensa Airport.

This peaceful upper-floor apartment offers stunning mountain views. The open-plan living and dining area features wooden floors and large windows, with a door leading to a private balcony where guests can relax. The sitting area includes a stylish sofa and a flat-screen TV, while the dining table for six is conveniently located next to the fully equipped kitchen, which comes with an induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and coffee machine.

The first bedroom is bright and airy, featuring a joined double bed, ample wardrobes, and a French window opening to a private balcony. The second bedroom is sunny, with a joined double bed, storage, and a glass door leading to a balcony. The cozy third bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. Both independent bathrooms are elegantly designed with spacious glass showers, basins, bidets, and WCs.

There is a diverse selection of bars, restaurants, and cafés nearby, with several supermarkets located within a 5-minute walk for self-catering needs.

The resort features two excellent parks: Mottolino Snowpark,  just a 4-minute drive away, and Carosello 3000 park, which is a 7-minute drive. Both parks provide numerous activities for winter and summer, including children's programs, night skiing, heli-skiing, and paragliding.

During the summer, Livigno is renowned for its hiking trails, mountain biking routes, and stunning landscapes, such as the famous Cascata della Val Nera waterfalls and scenic mountain lakes.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
